Processing & Shipping Times 

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping time is 2–3 business days and begins once the order has shipped.

Processing time and shipping time are separate.

 

Preorders & On Hand Orders Processing & Shipping

On-Hand Orders:
Processed within 24–72 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.

Preorders:
Processed within 6 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping time is not included in processing time.

Preorder timelines are estimates and may vary due to fulfillment factors.

DBWC is not responsible for carrier delays, weather conditions, or service disruptions once packages are in transit.

Tracking information will be sent via email once the order has shipped.
