Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

All purchases are processed immediately after checkout.

Due to the nature of our products and preparation process, all sales are final once an order has been placed.

Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be canceled, modified, or changed after purchase.
  • This includes changes to style, length, texture, color, shipping address, or order type.

Preorders & Custom Orders

  • Preorders and custom items enter production shortly after checkout and are not eligible for cancellation or refund.
  • Production timelines begin once payment is successfully processed.

Digital Products & Systems

  • All digital products, systems, guides, and educational materials are non-refundable and non-cancelable once access is granted.

Exceptions

Cancellations will only be considered if:

  • The order was placed in error and DBWC is contacted within 1 hour of purchase, before processing has begun
    Approval is at the sole discretion of DBWC.
